My Birth is Official! (per the county)

Okay, so who knew that when you give birth at home its a real pain in the rear to get a birth certificate. After getting the required 87 pieces of documentation together and being given an appointment (took 2 weeks) we now officially are registered with the county of Los Angeles. I'm Awake!

There is something about the Schrier girls and crazy face. Here we have captured Emme getting her crazy face one. There has been little to none of her with eyes open so its a peak at the baby blues. Yes, blue. We are convinced that Mia never had blue eyes. Maybe they were grey at the beginning but VERY early on (I think 6 weeks) that girl had brown eyes. This one...maybe she got hit with the recessive gene...

Klub Kids gymnastics

So Mia is thoroughly enjoying her time in gymnastics class. Here is her doing her moves. Note that the last pic is her finishing up a somersault, not falling down!

Three Girls in the Morning

So Daniel has come to terms with the fact that he is way outnumbered. Mia is clear that there are 3 (sometimes 10 per her count) girls in the house and just one boy (Nacho seems to be sexless most of the time and fair enough, his manhood was stripped of him long ago). Here is a little snapshot from this morning!

Lea and Emme

So our sister Carolina came (with lunch - hallelujah) and Lea to visit. Lea is 6 weeks older than Emme and like all our friends, clearly has a size advantage. There are a number of pics because its just not that easy to get 2 babies to cooperate. Lea was less happy about it than Emme in these shots but that is just dumb luck.

So not the easiest picture to see but Sadie is going to be Emme's best friend, no matter who says what :). Sadie's mom Dorian is a great new friend and the girls, who are about 10 weeks apart in age, will be in daycare together starting in late August. Dori picked us up to go to a BF group. Good times!
